2. Use License
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CodeCrafters or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on CodeCrafters's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CodeCrafters's website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CodeCrafters at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our courses for violations of these conduct guidelines with no refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, exercises, code examples, and projects, are the intellectual property of CodeCrafters and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any course materials, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or with our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on CodeCrafters's website and in our courses are provided on an 'as is' basis. CodeCrafters makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, CodeCrafters does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or in its courses.
8. Limitations
In no event shall CodeCrafters or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CodeCrafters's website or courses, even if CodeCrafters or a CodeCrafters authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website and courses may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CodeCrafters.
CodeCrafters has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CodeCrafters shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
10. Modifications to Terms
CodeCrafters may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website or our courses, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
